Works Systems is selected as a Device Management Solution vendor by Samsung in the WiMAX equipment
Santa Clara, California, May, 2011 - Works Systems, Inc., a leading provider of Broadband and Mobile Device Management Solution (DMS), announced its OneMS (TR069 and OMADM) has performed and completed the interoperability test (IOT) in Samsung lab and is selected by Samsung as a Device Management Solution vendor for its WiMAX products.
OneMS is a flexible unified DMS (device management system) designed for the service provider type of business. It leverages the service providers existing network infrastructure to automate and integrate the business processes of ordering, provisioning, configuration and management of internet network devices and services. The OneMS capabilities have been extended beyond the broadband forum's TR-series of standards adopted by fixed line broadband network operators and OMADM standard adopted by OMA (Open Mobile Alliance) to further support WiMAX devices in both TR069 protocol and OMADM protocol which allow OneMS to unify the management of for both fixed and mobile devices.
